Happy New Year to you. Welcome to a new beginning. Welcome to a new season. You know, it’s always exciting to be in New Year to celebrate with friends and families and loved ones, you know, and just to see the; the excitement in, in the air.
You know, to see the love in the air, to see the; the amusement in faces of people ringing together, celebrating together, holding hands together, kissing together, being with one another together into the new year. I wanna give a big shout-out to our listeners, to our sponsors, to our subscribers, to everyone that’s stood with us all from the beginning of the first season, the first episode of igowithIGHO Podcast up to today, the fourth season, this first episode.
Thank you for who you are. Thank you for sticking with us. Thank you for the financial contributions, you know, thank you for the moral contribution. On behalf of the igowithIGHO team, I wanna say thank you. I wanna say thank you and again, we are all super excited and grateful to have you all in our lives. I can’t wait to a time where we can meet you all in person, you know, have like a, get together a gathering, a hang out somewhere in different countries to just encourage our listeners, I hope, I hope we get there soon, because I want to see you all in person. I want to have a communication with y’all. I want to get to know you all. Uh, because you have been amazing, amazing to me, amazing to the team, amazing to the, cause that we believe in, and I’m grateful.
Study Abroad is not easy. Coming to a new country where there’s no one there, you have no friends and family. It is difficult to adjust, and that’s why igowithIGHO is creating a network. You know of, of international student network, of, of people you know, that can come together as a conglomerate to know that yes, we have people here that want to stand with us, that want to help us and want to see us grow. And it’s not just coming here, we helping you get here and pushing you by the side, NO. We want to help you get here, want to ensure that you have your, your two feet standing right here in the country of choice. And of course, we can go on to begin to help others. So it has a ripple effect on helping people in your own network too.
So thank you. Or once again, welcome to a New Year filled with wisdom. And before I, I leave, I’m gonna give you some few, tips that, um, you know, I feel can help us go through this year with excitement. The world is full of wisdom. It isn’t at all hard to find if you are looking for it. Wisdom is everywhere around us.
At its best wisdom holds fundamental truths, that’s important to our growth process. That’s important to our happiness. And if you’re looking for a life that you have dreamed about, then you have to make wisdom your best friend, wisdom, your best companion.
Success doesn’t just come and find you. You have to go out there. You have to search for it. You have to go get it. You have to be a go-getter to ensure you create your own opportunities. No one will come and meet you and say, Hey, take this is for you. You have to go out there and find it. So create your opportunities. Break that glass ceiling. Never, ever give up. Keep pushing, no stopping.
And again, never break a promise in 2023. I hope you will all keep to the promises we have to people. It makes you credible. It makes you look good, makes you honest. It makes you have integrity when you keep to the promise that you’ve promised somebody, and also, you are never as stuck as you think you are.
There are so many people out there that is doing the same thing you’ve done. so many people that want to help you please. Success is not final and failure is not fatal. So ensure that when you go out there or to seek for something, those opportunities, please never, never think that you are stuck alone on an island.
No, there are a lot of people out there wanting to help you as well, and of course the igowithIGHO platform is here to do that. And again, happiness is a choice. For every minute you are angry, you lose 60 seconds of your own happiness. So dare to be happy. Don’t let nobody, no situation, hold you down from being happy.
And again, habits develop into character. Character is the result of our own mental attitude and the way we spend our time. So please spend your time wisely. Be happy with who you. Being happy doesn’t mean everything is perfect, but that you have decided to look beyond the imperfections and be happy.
Lastly, I will say this, if you’re not willing to learn, no one can help you. A mind that is stretched by new experience can never go back to what it was before because with new experience comes to new opportunities, comes, comes new revelation, and igowithIGHO is all about new opportunities, new revolutions, new beginnings, new experiences, and we hope that in 2023 you share your experiences, you partner with us and you can make a difference in life of people around you. With that being said, I will say that igowithIGHO Street to School initiative for 2023. It’s ongoing. Please, please, please, if you feel inclined, do well to donate, um, for the less privileged kids back home, to ensure that we give them the opportunity to have a solid foundation.
Quality education is important with solid foundation, with the essential educational materials they need like books, the writing material, bags, sandals, the socks, those important things they need to ensure that they can be the best of them. They have all the equipment they need to excel in the class.
Please don’t, don’t shy away from that. Do well to give and together will create new beginnings for these kids. We’ll create a new opportunities for them, but more so we’ll create smiles on the faces of these amazing children. Leaders of today, leaders of Tomorrow, ensure that they have a solid foundation, to lead this world to a better place than we’ll leave it for them.
