Philippe Schicker is an international Student from Hamburg, Germany, pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Mississippi State University, with a penchant for a career at the intersection of engineering and environmental policy focused on renewable energy systems.
He is a former International Officer for Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and served in that role from 2018-2019, while attending Citrus College in California. He has three younger siblings and enjoys running. Additionally, he is a mental health advocate with Letters to Strangers and a co-author of a youth-to-youth mental health guidebook.
Upon graduation, he plans on pursuing a dual degree program with a Ph.D. in engineering and a master’s in public policy emphasizing sustainable development and renewable energy systems.
